The UN SDG:Learn platform is an online catalog of learning resources that matches learners’ needs with learning solutions offered by partner organizations. A joint project of UNITAR and UNSSC, we were responsible for the UX design and development on an extremely ambitious timeline that was met in all phases of the process. The website was developed with a mobile-first approach that included regular performance audits to make sure the final product would be fast on slower connections.

we are boq is a design and development studio, founded in 2009, that works with companies, nonprofits and international organisations to build digital products and services through participatory and user centered design.
Strategy
We help you define a plan to make sure that the project resources are aligned with business goals and user needs.
Design
We work with you to create a product that is functional and delights, embracing complexity to achieve simple and clear user experiences.
Development
We use technology in the service of design goals, adjusting development tools and software stack to the needs of the project.
We work for the user
Knowing your users and advocating for them is how we build better products and great user experiences. Understanding why people use your product allow us to serve you and them better, by making sure their needs are aligned with the project goals.
We are always learning
Every project is a learning process, where we work together by sharing our knowledge. By using a participatory design process, actively involving clients, stakeholders and users, we make sure that we understand your business and that you can make informed decisions about design and technology.
We build long-term partnerships
It's great shipping a new product and watching it go out in the world, but we believe the work doesn't stop there. We are always available to work through the whole lifecycle of the product, providing after-launch support and finding opportunities for improvement.
We design for everybody
Universal design is at the core of our process. Firmly believing that digital products should be usable by all people, we are experts in web accessibility, with experience working in cross-cultural and multilingual projects, to help you expand you product's reach.
